The numbers are still VERY strong. The indicators are pointing to continued strength into the fall and with a little luck (and mild weather) the winter months will bode well too.

Number of Homes for Sale – DOWN by almost 13%
Average Sales Price (in last 12 months) – UP by over 4%
Homes Under Contract – UP by well over 15%
These are very good indicators of general market stability and a good look into the near future.
